We will be shipping any online-purchased products from our website or from our Instagram and Tiktok account DMs via NZ Post mail, which would have an additional shipping fee. We will be in contact with you as we process the shipment until you receive our solid perfumes
We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return instructions and the return shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
